Tuition is posted to your account the first of each month and is due by the 15th. On the 1st of the following month, uncleared charges will be assessed a $20.00 late fee without exception. In addition, students will not be allowed in the classroom until previous month's charges are clear. Also, at the end of each 9-week period report cards are held until balances are paid.

Salaries and expenses of BCS are in no way reduced by the departure of a student. If a family withdraws anytime prior to the end of the school year, a one-month tuition penalty fee calculated from the official date of withdrawal will be assessed. Exceptions are company transfers required to maintain one's employment, relocation due to loss of employment or if your child is asked to leave by the administration. A letter documenting such a required move will be sufficient proof to waive the one month penalty. This policy does not apply to the registration or activity/technology fee as it is non-refundable.*

Students enrolling in 9th through 12th grade at BCS for the first time may withdraw by September 1 and receive a full refund of August's tuition payment provided the first tuition payment was made in July and written notification of the withdrawal is received in the school office prior to the close of business on the last school day of August. After September 1, there will be no refund of tuition and the standard one-month tuition penalty will apply. With the exception of the 2010-2011 school year, this refund does not apply to students who have previously attended our high school.

If students enroll in online courses above the normal course load for an academic year, additional course fees will be assessed.
