2008-2009 TUITION AND FEE INFORMATION
REGISTRATION FEE (Non-Refundable)
$400.00 per student if paid within 14 days of acceptance letter.
$500.00 per student after 14 days of acceptance letter.

$20 per student (if required)
ATHLETIC FEE:
HIGH SCHOOL - a fee will be assessed for each sport. JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL - $30.00 per sport per student
Athletic fees are due prior to the first official practice for that sport.

Any outstanding indebtedness for the current year (2007-2008) or any previous school year must be paid by June 1, 2008 before any additional money for the new school year will be accepted, over and above the registration fee.
PAYMENT TERMS FOR TUITION
CASH: Discounted by 5% if paid by June 1, 2008. (Registration not included)
MONTHLY: Monthly payments will begin on July 1, 2008 and end on April 1, 2009. The total amount owed will be divided into 10 equal monthly payments. New enrollees will begin monthly payments no later than September, 2008 with 8 months to pay.
If monthly payment is more than 15 days late, a late fee of $20 will be charged. If fees are not current by the end of the delinquent month, the student will be suspended until the account is made current. Accounts being paid monthly may be paid in advance if desired. Registration fees and new student fee must be pre-paid.
Salaries and expenses of BCS are in no way reduced by the departure of a student. If a family withdraws anytime prior to the end of the school year, a one-month tuition penalty fee calculated from the official date of withdrawal will be assessed. Exceptions are company transfers required to maintain one’s employment, relocation due to loss of employment or if your child is asked to leave by the administration. A letter documenting such a required move will be sufficient proof to waive the one month penalty. This policy does not apply to the registration fee as it is non-refundable.*
